The invention provides a plate bottom joint structure of a disassembly-free non-metal bottom plate deck and a bottom surface layer preparation method. The disassembly-free non-metal bottom plate deck comprises a plurality of deck bodies which are arranged side by side, and a steel bar truss fixed-form deck comprises a steel bar truss, a welded steel fabric, a bottom plate and a special connecting piece; and a joint is formed between every two adjacent deck bodies, and the bottom surface layer of the bottom plate is prepared through the following steps that (1) the joint of the bottom plate is directly treated, or (2) a surface layer plate is additionally arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate.
