The invention discloses a method for processing a detachable rubber floor block and a method for laying the rubber floor. The processing method comprises the steps that a semi-finished rubber plate is placed on a cutting board, and a specially-made cutter is placed on the upper portion of the semi-finished rubber plate in the set direction; a punching machine applies pressure to the cutter, to cut the semi-finished rubber plate into the detachable rubber floor blocks; and each of the four straight edges of each detachable rubber floor block is provided with a plurality of grooves and protrusions, the grooves and the protrusions located on the opposite edges of a rectangle are of embedded structures, and seamless splicing of the multiple floor blocks in the direction is achieved. According to the methods, the scheme that in traditional rubber floor laying, gluing needs to be carried out on the self-leveling ground before bonding is broken through, the four straight edges of the rubber floor block are machined into the protrusions and the grooves which can be spliced, seamless splicing between the floor blocks is achieved, construction is convenient and easy, the labor cost is reduced, and sites and products can be conveniently replaced.
本发明公开了一种可拆卸橡胶地板块的加工及橡胶地板的铺设方法，加工方法包括将半成品橡胶板放置在砧板上，特制的刀具按照设定的方向置于半成品橡胶板上部；冲压机对刀具施压，将半成品橡胶板切割为可拆卸橡胶地板块；可拆卸橡胶地板块的四个直边上均设置有若干只凹槽和凸起，且处于矩形对边的凹槽和凸起互为镶嵌结构，并实现该方向上的若干地板块之间的无缝拼接。本发明突破了传统橡胶地板铺设中需要在自流地面上进行涂胶后粘接的方案，将橡胶地板块的四条直边加工为可拼接的凸起和凹槽，实现了地板块之间的无缝拼接，施工方便简单，降低了人工成本，并且可以方便地更换场地和产品。
