The invention discloses a concrete permeating, sealing and curing construction device and a process. The device comprises a machine body and a supporting and limiting mechanism; moving wheels are arranged on the machine body; a grinding disc is arranged at the bottom of the machine body; a connecting pipe and a motor are installed at the top of the machine body; supporting columns which are symmetrically distributed are installed at the top of the machine body; a push handle is arranged at the end of each supporting column; a control box body is fixed to the tops of the two supporting columns; a wire is arranged on the control box body; and the end of the wire is connected with a motor. The concrete permeating, sealing and curing construction device has the beneficial effects are that through the designed supporting and limiting mechanism, the wire inserted into a wire arranging block can be supported and limited; and through a designed fastening mechanism, during overhaul and maintenance, a pull handle is pulled to the left side, the pull handle pulls and drives a second spring to stretch, meanwhile, a pull rod is driven to be disengaged from an insertion groove of a clamping block, and a box cover is rapidly opened, so that the overhaul and maintenance efficiency is improved.
