The invention discloses an anti-skid and anti-water-accumulation scaffold board with a fixing device for building construction, and relates to the technical field of scaffold boards. The scaffold board comprises a fixing frame, a supporting plate and the fixing device; the supporting plate is matched with the fixing frame in a clamped mode; the fixing device is in threaded rotation fit with the fixing frame; trapezoidal grooves are formed in the surface of the supporting plate in a linear array distribution mode; anti-skid protrusions are arranged on the surface of the supporting plate and located between the adjacent trapezoidal grooves in a linear array mode; a first fixing assembly is in sliding fit with a second fixing assembly; and the second fixing assembly is in sliding fit with a limiting assembly. According to the scaffold board, the trapezoidal grooves are formed, so that accumulated water or dust particles on the supporting plate fall into a storage cavity; and the fixing device is connected to a scaffold in a sleeving mode, an arc-shaped sliding rod is pulled to enable an arc-shaped connecting shell to enter an arc-shaped clamping sleeve, a handle is rotated to drive two limiting plates to move reversely to drive two first arc-shaped gear strips and two second arc-shaped gear strips to be meshed with each other, and a locking effect is achieved.
