The movable construction device comprises a mounting base, a cam placing groove, guide grooves, a first connecting shaft, a second connecting shaft, a cam, a circular wheel and two sliding blocks, wherein the two sliding blocks are correspondingly arranged in the two guide grooves and are connected with the two ends of the second connecting shaft through bearings, and the two sliding blocks are driven to move downwards along the cam placing groove through the second connecting shaft, so that the mounting base is integrally lifted.
