Kiln dust feeding system and method for co-processing solid waste by cement kiln
The invention discloses a kiln dust feeding system and method for co-processing solid waste in a cement kiln. The system comprises a waste heat boiler, a humidifying tower, a bag-type dust collector, a conveying device, a raw material mill, a feeding elevator and an intermediate bin, the waste heat boiler and a kiln dust outlet of the humidifying tower are in process connection with a material inlet of the raw material mill through the conveying device; a kiln dust outlet of the bag-type dust collector is in process connection with the feeding elevator and a material inlet of the intermediate bin through the conveying device, and a material outlet of the intermediate bin communicates with a material inlet of a decomposing furnace; the method comprises the steps that part of kiln dust generated by the waste heat boiler and part of kiln dust generated by the humidifying tower are conveyed to the raw material mill; and the other part of kiln dust generated by the bag-type dust collector is conveyed to the intermediate bin for standby application. The cement process is locally changed, so that the cement kiln is higher in solid waste co-processing efficiency, pollutant emission is effectively reduced, and the influence of the cement kiln condition is reduced to the minimum.
