The paraffin/boron carbide neutron protection composite material disclosed by the invention is uniform in boron carbide distribution, compact in structure and excellent in performance, can have double functions of slowing down and absorbing of fast neutrons, slow neutrons and thermal neutrons, and meets neutron protection requirements of special occasions of spent fuel post-treatment.
