The invention relates to the field of concrete additives, and particularly discloses a concrete synergist as well as a preparation method and application of the concrete synergist. The concrete synergist comprises 1 to 1.3 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate; 0.5 to 0.8 part of lauryl sodium sulfate; 2 to 2.5 parts of sodium lignin sulfonate; 1.3 to 1.5 parts of boron nitride; 1.1 to 1.3 parts of molybdenum disulfide; and 1.2 to 1.4 parts of nano silicon carbide. The preparation method of the concrete synergist is characterized in that the concrete synergist is obtained by uniformly mixing sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, lauryl sodium sulfate, sodium lignin sulfonate, boron nitride, molybdenum disulfide and nano silicon carbide. According to the application of the concrete synergist, the usage amount of the concrete synergist is 0.03%-0.04% of the usage amount of cement. The concrete synergist has the advantage of improving the utilization rate of cement. The preparation method of the concrete synergist disclosed by the invention has the advantage of better quality of the concrete synergist.
