The invention relates to the field of waste treatment, and provides a method for co-processing drilling cuttings in a cement kiln, which comprises the following steps: firstly, separating a large amount of oil and gas in the drilling cuttings in a thermal cracking manner, and separating out wastewater to obtain waste oil with combustion value; crushing the rock debris slag, and grinding the crushed rock debris slag with other mineral raw materials in proportion to obtain a porous ceramic ball raw material; according to the method disclosed by the invention, not only is the well cuttings harmlessly treated, but also the well cuttings are cooperatively treated by using the cement kiln, so that less energy is consumed, the well cuttings are recycled to the maximum extent, and harmlessness, reduction and recycling of the well cuttings are fully realized.
