The structure comprises a newly-built road pavement, a newly-built road center line and a slope adjusting structure layer, the slope adjusting structure layer is positioned over the current road pavement and under the newly-built road pavement; the current road pavement, the slope adjusting structure layer and the newly-built road pavement form an integral structure; the current road center line and the newly-built road center line are respectively positioned at two sides of the integral structure; the slope directions of the current road pavement and the newly-built road pavement are opposite; the slope direction of the slope adjusting structure layer is the same as that of the newly-built road pavement; a plurality of slope adjusting structure layers are arranged; and the slope adjusting structure layers are arranged from bottom to top. The structure has the advantages that the work amount is reduced, and the new and old pavement connection effect is good. The invention further discloses a construction method of the road surface slope adjusting structure.
