The invention discloses an installation method of a sizing block-free boiler auxiliary machine. The installation method comprises the following steps: S01, a foundation is made; S02, more than four jacks are placed on the foundation; S03, the boiler auxiliary machine is installed on the bearing parts of the jacks, and the gravity of the boiler auxiliary machine is borne through the jacks; S04, the bearing parts of all the jacks are leveled secondarily, and the upper ends of the jacks are in the same horizontal plane; S05, a non-shrinkage grouting material is poured between a boiler auxiliary machine bedplate around the jacks and the foundation; and S06, the shrinkage-free grouting material is solidified. The problems that in the prior art, the construction efficiency is low, the overall bearing capacity of the boiler auxiliary machine is low, and vibration is large when the boiler auxiliary machine operates are solved.
