The invention discloses a water tank liquid level control device and a method thereof, a water tank device and a sanitary cleaning device. The water tank liquid level control device comprises a water tank, and the water tank is provided with a water inlet, a water outlet and an exhaust hole; the device further comprises a floating body and a pressure detector used for detecting the internal pressure of the water tank, the floating body is located in the water tank, the floating body floats upwards along with rising of the liquid level in the water tank, gas in the water tank is limited to be exhausted from the exhaust hole when the floating body floats upwards to the highest position, and when the pressure in the water tank is increased to be larger than or equal to a first preset value, the pressure detector outputs a pressure signal for controlling the water tank to stop feeding water. Whether the water tank exhausts or not in the water inlet process is controlled through the floating body, when the exhaust hole does not exhaust, the pressure detector is adopted to detect the increase of the pressure in the water tank and output the pressure signal for controlling the water tank to stop water inlet, and therefore the pressure detector does not need to make contact with liquid, the sealing performance requirement is low, cost is reduced, and the service life of the pressure detector is prolonged.
