The invention discloses a suspended ceiling mounting assembly, a suspended ceiling plate assembly and a mounting method thereof, relates to the technical field of decoration engineering, and aims to solve the problem that in the prior art, suspended ceiling plates fall off possibly due to improper adjustment of the lap joint amount of the suspended ceiling plates when suspended ceiling is carried out. The suspended ceiling mounting assembly comprises at least two mounting keels, a clamping piece and a lap joint piece; the at least two mounting keels are used for being fixedly connected with a roof; the clamping piece is used for being fixedly connected with a suspended ceiling plate and clamped to a mounting keel; and the lap joint piece is used for being fixedly connected with the suspended ceiling plate and is in lap joint with the other mounting keel. The suspended ceiling mounting assembly is used for mounting the suspended ceiling plate.
