Hanging assembly and suspended ceiling assembling method
The invention discloses a hanging assembly and a suspended ceiling assembling method, and relates to the field of buildings. The hanging assembly is used for solving the problems that an existing hanging assembly is exposed and is low in construction efficiency. The hanging assembly comprises at least one hanging and clamping piece and two lap joint pieces, wherein the at least one hanging and clamping piece comprises a top plate and two supporting plates extending from the two opposite ends of the top plate to the same side of the top plate, and the end, away from the top plate, of each supporting plate extends to the two sides in the width direction of the supporting plate to form two first lap joint parts; and each lap joint piece comprises a first connecting part used for being connected with a suspended ceiling plate and a second lap joint part connected with the first connecting part, a height differences exist between the lap joint surfaces of the second lap joint parts and the contact surfaces, used for making contact with the suspended ceiling plate, in the first connecting parts, and the height differences are larger than the sizes of the first lap joint parts in the length directions of the supporting plates. According to the hanging assembly, the hanging assembly is not exposed when the suspended ceiling plate is mounted, and the construction efficiency is high; and the hanging assembly is high in bearing capacity and is convenient to mount and dismount.
本发明公开了一种搭挂组件及吊顶装配方法,涉及建筑领域,用于改善现有的搭挂组件外露及施工效率低的问题。该搭挂组件包括:至少一个挂卡件,挂卡件包括顶板和自顶板的相对两端向顶板的同一侧延伸的两个支撑板,每个支撑板远离顶板的端部沿支撑板的宽度方向向两侧延伸以形成两个第一搭接部;两个搭接件,每个搭接件包括用于连接一个吊顶板的第一连接部和与第一连接部相连的第二搭接部,其中,第二搭接部的搭接面与第一连接部中用于接触吊顶板的接触面具有高度差,高度差大于第一搭接部在支撑板的长度方向上的尺寸。本发明提供的搭挂组件,可以在安装吊顶板时实现搭挂组件不外露,施工效率高。该搭挂组件承重强,安装拆卸方便。
