The invention relates to the technical field of building equipment, and aims to provide a fabricated building external hanging platform. The fabricated building external hanging platform comprises a mounting frame and at least two operation tables arranged on the mounting frame in parallel in the vertical direction; a plurality of vertical handrails are mounted on the surfaces, away from a building, of the operation tables on the mounting frame; the plurality of vertical handrails are vertically arranged at intervals; baffles are further mounted on the surfaces, away from the building, of the vertical handrails on the mounting frame; the plurality of baffles are arranged in pairs and arranged in the vertical direction; one sides of the side faces of the baffles arranged in pairs are hinged to one another; and an adjusting assembly used for adjusting the rotating angle value of the baffles arranged in pairs around the hinged position is arranged on the mounting frame. When the light intensity on the operation tables is lower than a preset value, the adjusting assembly enables the angle between the baffles arranged in pairs to be reduced till the light intensity on the operation tables is larger than or equal to the preset value. The platform has the effect of improving the light brightness of workers during construction operation.
