The construction method for the automatic slotting of the brick wall comprises the following steps of a supporting device is arranged at a proper position of a to-be-constructed wall body, and an attached brick wall automatic slotting device is installed; a grinding depth is set, a grinding driving motor is started to enable a cutter head to rotate, the cutter head is controlled to press the wall body, after a set grinding depth is reached, a translation mechanism is made to horizontally move along a jig frame, the cutter head is driven to move, and a first set of horizontal brick joints with the consistent depth are formed in the wall body; after construction of the first set of horizontal brick joints is completed, the grinding driving motor is turned off, the cutter head is controlled to leave the wall body, then a lifting device is controlled to move by the height of one set of brick joints along a guide rail, and construction of a second set of horizontal brick joints is completed;and when all the brick joints of the wall body are constructed, the attached brick wall automatic slotting device is dismantled. The construction method can realize simultaneous construction of multiple rows of brick joints, has the advantages of high construction efficiency, high slotting precision and good construction quality, can realize mechanical and automatic construction, and greatly reduces a safety risk of construction.
本发明公开了一种砖墙自动开缝的施工方法,在待施工的墙体的合适位置设置支撑装置,并安装附着式砖墙自动开缝装置;设定打磨深度,启动打磨驱动电机使刀盘转动,控制刀盘压向墙体,当达到设定的打磨深度后,使平移机构沿胎架水平移动,带动刀盘移动,在墙体上形成深度一致的第一组水平砖缝;第一组水平砖缝施工完毕后,关闭打磨驱动电机并控制刀盘离开墙体,然后控制提升装置沿导轨移动一组砖缝的高度,完成第二组水平砖缝的施工;直至墙体所有砖缝均施工完毕,拆除附着式砖墙自动开缝装置。所述施工方法可实现多排砖缝同时施工,具有施工效率高、开缝精度高、施工质量好的优点,且能够实现机械化、自动化施工,极大地降低了施工的安全风险。
