The invention discloses an airtight transfer window which comprises a transfer window body, door opening plates, transparent glass windows and sealing rubber strips. The front side and the rear side of the transfer window body are symmetrically arranged in an opening manner, and the opening end faces of the transfer window body are rotationally connected with the door opening plates through hinge mechanisms; mechanical locking mechanisms are assembled and connected between the transfer window body and the door opening plates, the transparent glass windows are arranged in the middles of the door opening plates, the sealing rubber strips are installed on the inner side plate faces of the door opening plates, and a plurality of ultraviolet germicidal lamps are installed on the inner top wall of the transfer window body in a hanging manner; and lifting lug bases are installed at the two sides of each ultraviolet germicidal lamp in a supported manner and fixedly installed on the inner top wall of the transfer window body. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the airtight transfer window is simple in structure and convenient to assemble and install, placed materials and tools can be disinfected conveniently, and the airtight transfer window is not polluted in the purifying and transferring process.
