The invention discloses a lever linkage type anti-falling ladder stand. The lever linkage type anti-falling ladder stand comprises a left main vertical rod (1), a right main vertical rod (10), a linkage rod (3), a fixed step rod (19), a transmission step rod (4), an anti-falling transmission rod (6), a longitudinal protection rod (8), a transverse protection rod (9) and an anti-falling mechanism (7); the left main vertical rod (1) and the right main vertical rod (10) are connected into an integral structure through an upper fixed step rod and a lower fixed step rod in a welded mode; and the transmission step rod penetrates through the left main vertical rod and then is hinged to the linkage rod. According to the device, a plurality of lever linkage type anti-falling ladder stand single bodies are connected in series in the vertical direction to form a complete ladder stand assembly. When hands or feet of a climber press the transmission step rod, an anti-falling cover plate can be erected to enable the climber to smoothly pass through a ladder stand channel, and when the hands or feet of the climber leave the transmission step rod, the anti-falling cover plate automatically resets to be in a horizontal position to cover the ladder stand channel, so that the personal safety of the climber is ensured.
