Through the unmanned aerial vehicle technology, the satellite technology and traditional manual searching, the position of a trapped person can be obtained more quickly; the safety of rescue workers can be better protected by wearing the novel rescue rope and the anti-collision coat; the arranged climbing rope ladder enables the rescue workers to have a short rest in the rescue process, and physical strength recovery is facilitated.
