The invention relates to a method for preparing cement clinker by using molecular sieve production wastewater through a wet process, and belongs to the technical field of wastewater treatment. The method comprises the following steps: taking a mother solution obtained after molecular sieve crystallization and filtration, dividing the mother solution into three parts, respectively adding soluble calcium ions to adjust a silica-alumina ratio and generate dicalcium silicate and tricalcium silicate, carrying out a specific evaporation and concentration process, generating calcium aluminosilicate, precipitating and filtering to obtain a solid, drying the solid, adjusting a corresponding proportion, adding calcium aluminoferrite and calcium sulfate, putting in a spheroidizing machine, ball-milling to 350 meshes, adding water, stirring, pouring, preparing blocks, and curing for 3 days so that the breaking strength and the tensile strength of the test blocks respectively reach 7-15.2 MPa and 44-56 MPa. According to the method, the high-temperature roasting process of 1400 DEG C or above required by the traditional cement clinker is omitted, a large amount of energy is saved, meanwhile, the molecular sieve production wastewater is utilized and the environmental pollution is reduced.
本发明的一种利用生产分子筛的废水湿法制备水泥熟料的方法,属于废水处理技术领域。方法过程为:取分子筛结晶过滤后母液,分为三部分,分别加入可溶性钙离子调整硅铝比,生成硅酸二钙,硅酸三钙,以及特定的蒸发浓缩工艺,生成硅铝酸钙,沉淀过滤后得到固体,将固体干燥后,调节相应比例,并加入铁铝酸钙,硫酸钙,置于球墨机内球磨至350目,加水搅拌,浇注,制块,养护3天,试块抗折强度和抗拉强度分别达到7‑15.2MPa和44‑56Mpa。该发明省去了传统水泥熟料需要高达1400℃以上的高温焙烧过程,节省了大量能量,同时又利用了分子筛生产废水,降低了环境污染。
