The invention discloses a method for manufacturing an imitated bone component by using wastes, and the imitated bone component. The method comprises the following steps: S1, processing waste foamed plastic to form a bone core body with three-dimensional net-shaped gaps inside; S2, coating all surfaces of the bone core body with a magnesium cement-based composite material layer; and S3, covering the surface of the magnesium cement-based composite material layer with a cement-based composite material layer, and filling the three-dimensional net-shaped gaps in the bone core body with the cement-based composite material layer. According to the method, bionics, mechanics and material science are taken as guidance, waste foamed plastic is adopted to manufacture the bone core body of the imitated bone component, various wastes are compounded with magnesium cement, cement and other materials, all surfaces of the bone core body are coated with the magnesium cement-based composite material layer and the cement-based composite material layer, and the cement-based composite material layer is filled in the three-dimensional net-shaped gaps in the bone core body, so that waste recycling and long-term storage and utilization in the imitated bone component are achieved, the imitated bone component with excellent performance is manufactured, and ecological environment protection is promoted.
