The invention discloses anti-crack concrete and a preparation method thereof. The anti-crack concrete is technically characterized by comprising 600 to 800 parts of coarse aggregate, 500 to 650 parts of fine aggregate, 150 to 300 parts of cement, 0.6 to 2 parts of a water reducing agent, 60 to 80 parts of filler, 15 to 20 parts of modified wood fibers and 160 to 190 parts of water. The modified wood fibers are obtained by modifying wood fibers through silica sol. The 60-80 parts of the filler is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 to 60 parts of porous hollow microspheres and 10 to 20 parts of paraffin. The concrete of the invention has the advantage of improved crack resistance.
