The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing water and ammonia water to obtain an ammonia water solution with the pH value of 8-11, uniformly stirring for later use, and adding a gelling agent A into the ammonia water solution to obtain a premixed solution A; weighing aluminum oxide and a sintering aid A, mixing the aluminum oxide and the sintering aid A to obtain powder A, mixing the powder A with the premixed solution A obtained in the step 1, adding a dispersing agent A, uniformly stirring, and ball-milling for 10-12 hours to obtain slurry with the solid content of 65-75wt%; finally, carrying out vacuum degassing on the slurry; performing injection molding and drying to obtain an aluminum oxide ceramic blank ; and finally, sintering the alumina ceramic blank , preserving heat, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the alumina ceramic. According to the method, a granulation process and expensive press equipment are omitted, the process is simple, the cost is low, the prepared ceramic blank is high in strength, free of deformation and cracking and capable of forming a commodity after simple machining, and the production cost is greatly saved.
本发明公开了一种氧化铝陶瓷的制备方法,首先取水和氨水混合得到pH=8‑11的氨水溶液,搅拌均匀后待用,将胶凝剂A加入上述氨水溶液中,得到预混液A;然后称取氧化铝和烧结助剂A,二者混合后得到粉料A,将其与所述步骤1得到的预混液A混合,并加入分散剂A,搅拌均匀后球磨10~12h,得到固含量为65~75wt%的浆料;最后将浆料进行真空除气;其次注模、干燥,得到氧化铝陶瓷生坯;最后将氧化铝陶瓷生坯进行烧结,保温,后冷却至室温,即获得氧化铝陶瓷。本发明省去了造粒工艺和昂贵的压机设备,工艺简单、成本低廉,制成的陶瓷生坯强度高、不变形、不开裂,可以进行简单的机械加工后即可形成商品,大大节约生产成本。
