The invention relates to a preparation method of high-performance YTaO4 spraying powder, and relates to the technical field of refractory materials, the YTaO4 spraying powder is prepared by adopting a process combining spray granulation and rotary kiln high-temperature heat treatment, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: selecting YTaO4 micro powder with the purity of more than 99% as a main raw material; taking a PVA solution as a binding agent, and granulating by adopting a spray granulation mode; and carrying out high-temperature treatment (1650-1850 DEG C) on the dried granulation material by using a rotary kiln to finally obtain the high-performance YTaO4 spraying powder. By adopting a process of combining spray granulation and rotary kiln high-temperature heat treatment, not only are high spheroidization rate and good fluidity of the spraying powder ensured, but also relatively good sintering resistance of the powder is ensured, and the comprehensive performance of the spraying powder obtained by the method is relatively good. Meanwhile, the preparation process is simple, the production cost is relatively low, and large-scale industrial production of the high-performance YTaO4 spraying powder is facilitated.
本发明涉及一种高性能YTaO4喷涂粉的制备方法,涉及耐火材料技术领域,采用喷雾造粒和回转窑高温热处理相结合的工艺制备YTaO4喷涂粉,其步骤包括:选取纯度大于99%的YTaO4微粉为主要原料;以PVA溶液为结合剂,采取喷雾造粒的方式进行造粒;利用回转窑对干燥后的造粒料进行高温处理(1650~1850℃),最终得到所述高性能YTaO4喷涂粉。采用喷雾造粒和回转窑高温热处理相结合的工艺,既保证喷涂粉了高的球化率和好的流动性,还保证了粉体较佳的抗烧结性,该法所得到喷涂粉的综合性能较佳。同时该制备工艺简单、生产成本相对较低,便于高性能YTaO4喷涂粉的大规模工业化生产。
