The invention provides a preparation method of a composite sand mould plate for producing a fused zirconia corundum product. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, manufacturing a corundum sand mould: mixing a white corundum sand material and a binding agent, molding, baking at high temperature, and storing for later use after molding; step 2, manufacturing a composite sand mold plate: putting a layer of mixture into a mold, then putting the corundum sand mold obtained in the step 1 into the mold, then filling the mixture into a gap between the corundum sand mold and the mold again, and then carrying out vibration molding to remove attached sand; step 3, standing at room temperature for self-hardening to form a composite sand mould plate, and then taking out the composite sand mould plate from the mold; and step 4, carrying out coating spraying operation on the composite sand mold plate, and then standing for 72 hours at room temperature. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple and convenient to operate, and the composite template is relatively high in structural strength and relatively few in pores, so that the quality of a cast refractory material can be effectively improved.
