The invention relates to a rail layer and a supporting structure thereof. The supporting structure comprises a first supporting beam, a second supporting beam and a connecting cross beam. Specifically, the second supporting beam and the first supporting beam are oppositely arranged in a spaced mode. The connecting cross beams comprise the first cross beam and the second cross beam, and the first cross beam and the second cross beam are both arranged between the first supporting beam and the second supporting beam. And the first cross beam and the second cross beam are at least partially overlapped with each other. Meanwhile, one end of the first cross beam is connected with the first supporting beam, and the first cross beam is provided with a first sliding part; one end of the second cross beam is connected with the second supporting beam, the second cross beam is provided with a second sliding part, and the second sliding part can be in sliding fit with the first sliding part. The first cross beam and the second cross beam are connected in a sliding fit mode, the abrasion degree can be reduced in the span adjusting process, and the service life is prolonged.
