The invention belongs to the technical field of pavement maintenance, and particularly relates to an asphalt concrete pavement maintenance device which specifically comprises a rotary drum, a main body of the rotary drum is made of a steel material, the rotary drum can be used for replacing a front end wheel of a road roller, and the rotary drum is rotationally connected with a vehicle body of the road roller through connecting shafts on two side wall surfaces of the rotary drum; the interior of the rotary drum is hollow, and the outer surface of the rotary drum is provided with a groove body which is sunken towards the inner side; a maintenance mechanism is fixedly mounted in the rotary drum, the road surface can be uniformly coated with a maintenance agent through a sponge plate when the road roller moves forwards at a constant speed, and the extruded excessive maintenance agent can be automatically absorbed due to the elastic effect of the sponge plate, so that compared with manual coating in the prior art, a large amount of manpower is saved, the construction efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the waste of the curing agent is avoided, and the practicability of the device is greatly improved.
