The connecting piece comprises an inverted-cone nut, a screw, an elastic sleeve and a nut, the minimum end of the inverted-cone nut is connected with one end of the screw, the other end of the screw is connected with the nut, the elastic sleeve is connected to a rod body of the screw in a sleeving mode, and the elastic sleeve is positioned between the inverted cone nut and the nut; the elastic sleeve comprises an elastic steel plate, and the elastic steel plate surrounds a rod body of the screw and is wound by at least three circles to form the sleeve. According to the connecting piece, the nut is screwed down, so that the elastic sleeve is squeezed and pushed by the inverted-cone nut, the diameter of the elastic sleeve is increased, the anchoring effect is generated, the inverted-cone nut provides the anchoring effect, the elastic sleeve increases the vertical tension of the screw and bears certain tension, the pulling resistance of the connecting piece is improved, and the shear strength and the shear rigidity of the connecting piece are improved through the screw; the connecting piece has anti-pulling and anti-shearing performance.
