The invention relates to the field of design of hydraulic machinery auxiliary systems of hydropower stations, and discloses a technical water supply system of a seawater pumped storage power station. The technical water supply system comprises a seawater outer circulation system, a fresh water inner circulation system and a unit lubrication water supply system; seawater outer circulation branches and fresh water inner circulation branches are in one-to-one correspondence and exchange heat through heat exchangers; the seawater outer circulation branches take water from a sea area or a unit main flow channel through seawater taking branch pipes communicated with the seawater outer circulation branches, and returns water to the sea area or the unit main flow channel through seawater returning branch pipes communicated with the seawater outer circulation branches; the fresh water inner circulation branches take water from a fresh water circulation water storage tank through fresh water taking branch pipes communicated with the fresh water inner circulation branches, the water outlet ends of the fresh water inner circulation branches are communicated with cooling water units, and the cooling water unit drains water to cooling fresh water recovery pipes communicated with the fresh water circulation water storage tank; and the unit lubrication water supply system takes water from the water outlet ends of the fresh water inner circulation branches or a seawater taking main pipe. According to the technical water supply system, marine organism attachment can be effectively avoided, and the seawater corrosion and fouling risks of units, equipment and pipelines are reduced.
