The invention relates to a novel connecting device for precast piles. The novel connecting device comprises a steel bar, an external nut, an inserting rod, a plug pin and sleeves. The steel bar comprises an upper steel bar and a lower steel bar; the external nut comprises an upper external nut and a lower external nut; the upper steel bar is connected with the upper external nut; the lower steel bar is connected with the lower external nut; the upper end of the inserting rod is fixedly connected with the upper external nut; the lower end of the inserting rod is connected with the lower external nut; a through hole is formed in the inserting rod; the plug pin is connected with the inserting rod through the through hole; and the sleeves are arranged at the two ends of the plug pin. Through the design of the plug pin and the sleeves, the anti-pressure capability of the device is enhanced, the working stability is guaranteed through the connection effect of the sleeves and the lower external nut, the service life is prolonged, installation is convenient and effective, the inserting rod is pushed in reversely, the meshing force is higher, and use is more stable.
