Underground ditch cleaning method and equipment
The invention relates to an underground ditch cleaning method and equipment which are mainly used for cleaning, digging and processing an underground narrow ditch. A submerged pump is started at a specific upstream position of the ditch to pump and drain upstream incoming water to a specific downstream position, and a section of dry coal slime area is obtained by separating; then coal slime is loaded into a scraper bucket by adopting a scraper bucket machine, and the coal slime is unloaded onto a scraper conveyor; the scraper conveyor transfers the coal slime into a mine car, and the mine car carries away the coal slime; and the steps in the method are repeated to clean the ditch section by section until the ditch is cleaned. The equipment is simple in structure, under the condition that normal drainage of the underground ditch is not affected, the coal slime in the underground ditch is cleaned and excavated, and the equipment is reliable, safe and efficient.
本发明井下水沟清理方法及设备，主要用于井下窄小水沟的清挖和处理。在水沟上游特定位置启动液下泵将上游来水抽排到下游特定位置，隔断出一段干煤泥区；然后采用耙斗机将煤泥装进耙斗内，卸载到刮板输送机上；刮板输送机将煤泥转运到矿车内，矿车将煤泥运走；重复上述方法对水沟分段清理，直到水沟清理完成。本发明结构简单，在不影响井下水沟正常排水的条件下，实现对井下水沟煤泥的清挖作业，可靠、安全且高效。
