The steel structure building assembly comprises a steel column, wherein mounting holes are formed in the steel column; steel beams are slidably connected into the mounting holes; limiting holes are formed in the steel beams; springs are arranged on the inner sides of the mounting holes; fixing bolts are connected into the steel column through threads; the tail ends of the fixing bolts are slidably connected with the limiting holes; a base is welded to the bottom of the steel column; a fixing shaft is fixedly connected to the inner side of the base; and a gear is rotatably connected to the outer portion of the fixing shaft. According to the steel structure building assembly convenient to install quickly and the using method thereof, the multiple mounting holes corresponding to the steel beams in size are designed in the steel column, then parts such as stop blocks, the springs, the fixing bolts and gaskets are designed on the basis to be matched with the limiting holes in the steel beams, thus the steel beams are conveniently installed on the steel column and are convenient to disassemble, and meanwhile the steel beams are more stable after being installed and are not prone to falling off.
