Building steel structure combination column
The invention discloses a building steel structure combination column which comprises a foundation, a steel column, first strong prestress connecting pieces and second strong prestress connecting pieces. An embedded steel plate is arranged in the foundation, and a groove is formed in the top face; the steel column is of an I-shaped steel structure, and the bottom end is arranged in the groove; cantilever plates are horizontally fixed to the outer side, close to flanges at the two sides of the foundation, of the steel column; the steel column is composed of a plurality of sections, in every two adjacent connected sections, groove plates with vertical inserting grooves are fixed to flanges at the two sides of the top end of the lower section, inserting plates are fixed to flanges at the two sides of the bottom end of the upper section, and the inserting plates are inserted into the inserting grooves of the groove plates; the plurality of first strong prestress connecting pieces are connected with the embedded steel plate and the cantilever plates; and the plurality of second strong prestress connecting pieces penetrate through the flanges of the steel column and the groove plates and the inserting plates at the two sides of the flanges and are fastened to the outer sides of the two groove plates. By means of the building steel structure combination column, the steel column is not damaged or slightly damaged under the action of a large earthquake, and a joint can be put into use without being repaired after the earthquake.
本发明公开了一种建筑钢结构组合柱,包括基础、钢柱、第一强预应力连接件和第二强预应力连接件;基础的内部有预埋钢板,顶面开设有凹槽;钢柱为工字钢结构,且底端设置在凹槽内;钢柱靠近基础的两侧翼缘的外侧水平固定有悬挑板;钢柱由多段组成,且在相邻连接的两段之中,下方的一段顶端的两侧翼缘固定有具有竖直方向插槽的槽板,上方的一段底端的两侧翼缘固定有插板,插板插设在槽板的插槽内;第一强预应力连接件的数量为多个,且连接预埋钢板和悬挑板;第二强预应力连接件的数量为多个,且穿过钢柱的翼缘,以及翼缘两侧的槽板和插板,并紧固在两块槽板的外侧。本发明实现大震作用下钢柱无损伤或轻微损伤,震后节点无需修复即可投入使用。
