The invention relates to the technical field of vortex-induced vibration, and particularly relates to a structure vortex-induced vibration suppression device. A structure is suspended and arranged in a straddling mode in the longitudinal direction and provided with a first side edge and a second side edge which are opposite in the transverse direction; the structure vortex-induced vibration suppression device comprises a plurality of flow guide plates suspended on the structure; the plurality of flow guide plates are sequentially arranged at the first side edge and the second side edge in the longitudinal direction; and the upper ends of the flow guide plates are hinged to the structure in the mode of being capable of rotating in the longitudinal direction. When crosswind blows through the structure, the flow guide plates rotationally suspended at the first side edge and the second side edge of the structure are blown by the crosswind to swing, the flow guide plates on the leeward side float along with the crosswind, and therefore the pneumatic shape of the structure is changed, the original vortex generation and falling pneumatic performance of the structure is damaged, an original vortex generation mechanism of the structure is disturbed, vortex falling of the leeward side of the structure can be suppressed, vortex-induced vibration is suppressed, harm caused by wind-induced vortex-induced vibration is reduced, and the structure safety of the structure is guaranteed.
