The invention discloses an elastic plastic indoor sports floor and a preparation method thereof. The elastic plastic indoor sports floor comprises a wear-resisting layer, a pressure-resisting layer and a foaming bottom layer which are sequentially compounded from top to bottom, the foaming bottom layer comprises a first foaming layer and a second foaming layer, and the first foaming layer is arranged between the pressure-resisting layer and the second foaming layer; and the foaming ratio of the first foaming layer is lower than that of the second foaming layer, and the rebound elasticity value of the first foaming layer is lower than that of the second foaming layer. The elastic plastic indoor sports floor is reasonable in structure, vibration absorption is guaranteed when an athlete bounces on the floor and impacts the floor, and supporting force on the athlete is also guaranteed.
