The process comprises the following steps of S1, building a building house pile foundation in a construction base according to a construction drawing; and S2, after lap joint of the pile foundation is completed, cleaning topsoil in the site and mud left during pile foundation construction, carrying out leveling through an excavator, and performing compaction through a road roller. The process has the beneficial effects that an arranged formwork is stable in structure and is not prone to moving, and the overall quality of pouring is better; an upper construction joint between a wall body and a roof is omitted, the construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is reduced; the construction method is simple and convenient, has no special material and equipment requirements, and greatly reduces the construction cost; and the integrality of a cast-in-place structure is improved, a wallboard is seamless, and the appearance of the wall body is more attractive.
