Steel structure on-site assembling and installing construction method
The invention relates to a steel structure on-site assembling and installing construction method. A steel structure splicing device is adopted and comprises a bottom rack, a clamping mechanism and a movable conveying mechanism. The steel structure on-site assembling and installing construction method can solve the following problems existing in the on-site assembling and installing construction process of steel structures that a, in the traditional steel structure splicing and installing process, splicing and installing are conducted through manual operation of machines, the splicing precision and the splicing efficiency are low, the safety coefficient is low in the splicing process, safety production accidents are likely to happen, and the safety of workers is endangered; and b, in the traditional steel structure splicing process, the opening and closing degree between the two steel structures is manually adjusted, the opening and closing degree between the two steel structures is inconsistent, the two steel structures are stressed unevenly in the using process, and use of the subsequent steel structures is influenced. Meanwhile, in the traditional splicing process of the steel structures, when the steel structures and connectors are fixed through bolts, the steel structures are likely to shake, and the bolt fastening effect is influenced.
本发明涉及一种钢结构现场拼装安装施工方法,采用了一种钢结构拼接装置,包括底部机架、夹持机构以及移动输送机构,本发明可以解决钢结构在现场拼装安装施工过程中存在的以下难题:a传统的钢结构拼接安装过程中,通过人工操作机械进行拼接安装,拼接精度与拼接效率较低,且在拼装过程中安全系数较低,易发生安全生产事故,危及工人安全,b传统的钢结构拼接过程中,通过人工调节两组钢结构之间的张合程度大小,造成两组钢结构之间张合程度不一致,导致两组钢结构在使用过程中受力不均匀影响后续钢结构的使用,同时钢结构在传统拼装过程中,钢结构与接头通过螺栓固定时钢结构易发生晃动,影响螺栓紧固效果。
