The mechanical modular underwater lifting safety stage comprises a supporting seat and a plurality of stage modules, wherein each stage module comprises a power module, two lifting modules and a protection module; each power module comprises a driving motor, a first speed reducer, two first transmission shafts and a brake device; each lifting module comprises a second speed reducer, a second transmission shaft, two third transmission shafts, two transmission gear boxes and two rigid chains; each protection module comprises a protection box and two first channels; each protection box is mounted at the upper part of the supporting seat and covers the outer sides of the corresponding driving motor and the corresponding brake device; the two first transmission shafts of each protection module extend out of two side walls of the corresponding protection box respectively; the two first channels of each protection module are mounted on two sides of the corresponding protection box respectively; a second channel is mounted at the side part of the first channel located on the outermost side; and the plurality of first channels located on the inner side are communicated with one another. According to the mechanical modular underwater lifting safety stage, the inner part is simple and convenient to maintain and the construction cost is reduced.
