A driving mechanism comprises a fixed rack and a movable rack; the fixed rack comprises a short shaft, a guide rail, a first pin shaft and a driving arm; the guide rail is provided with a sliding plug section and a sliding section; the driving arm is rotationally connected with the first pin shaft; the movable rack comprises a connecting beam assembly, a sliding plug assembly, a lead screw assembly, a plug shaft assembly, a long bearing shaft, a sliding assembly, a guide wheel, a motor assembly and a large gear; the short shaft is sleeved with the sliding plug assembly; a door leaf is installed on the sliding assembly; the sliding assembly is installed on the long bearing shaft; the lead screw assembly rotates to drive the sliding assembly to slide; the large gear is connected with the plug shaft assembly; a second pin shaft is arranged on the side face of the large gear and rotationally connected with the driving arm; and the guide wheel is matched with the guide rail. The single-motor direct-plug type sliding plug door device is provided with the differential gear train motor assembly to provide input driving force, two kinds of power are output to the large gear or the lead screw assembly, the two kinds of output power are automatically switched under cooperation of the guide rail, and vertical sliding plug and longitudinal sliding of a door system are achieved.
