The invention relates to a mildew-proof bamboo chopping board. The chopping board comprises a chopping board body, and a waterproof coating, a nano oxide coating and a grease coating which sequentially coat on the outer side surface of the chopping board body from inside to outside; and the chopping board body comprises an upper-layer bamboo board, a middle-layer mould-proof board and a lower-layer bamboo board which are sequentially arranged in the thickness direction, and the middle-layer mould-proof board comprises a surrounding board formed by surrounding bamboo boards, at least two groups of bamboo strips arranged in the surrounding board side by side in the thickness direction, and a mould-proof filler layer arranged in a gap between the surrounding board and the bamboo strips. The upper-layer bamboo board, the middle-layer mould-proof board and the lower-layer bamboo board are used as framework supports, and the waterproof coating, the nano oxide coating, the grease coating and the mould-proof filler layer are used as auxiliary materials for internal and external protection, so that the bamboo chopping board has a good mildew-proof effect while the strength of the bamboo chopping board is guaranteed.
