The invention provides a green infrastructure-gray infrastructure combined system for separating, storing and recycling rainwater runoff. The green infrastructure-gray infrastructure combined system comprises an initial rainwater separation device, a rainwater garden and a seepage and storage module which are sequentially connected in a coupled mode, wherein the initial rainwater separation device is used for collecting road rainwater runoff, separating sediment through precipitation effect and allowing a supernate to overflow; the overflowed supernate enters the rainwater garden to be purified; and effluent purified by the rainwater garden enters the seepage and storage module, is further purified by a biological membrane in the seepage and storage module and is stored in the seepage and storage module for reuse. According to the invention, the initial rainwater separation device, the rainwater garden and the seepage and storage module are coupled to realize combination of green infrastructure and gray infrastructure, the constructed green infrastructure-gray infrastructure combined system can realize effective separation, treatment and storage of road rainwater, the advantages of the whole system can be played to the maximum extent, the elasticity of an existing urban drainage system can be improved, and the system has a remarkable effect on urban non-point source pollution control.
