The invention discloses high-strength recycled concrete and a production process thereof. The high-strength recycled concrete comprises the following components in parts by mass: 600-800 parts of recycled aggregate, 40-70 parts of fly ash, 230-330 parts of cement, 60-130 parts of slag powder, 8-12 parts of a concrete reinforcing agent, 5-8 parts of reinforced fibers, 2.5-4.5 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.01-0.5 part of a retarder and 3-6 parts of a UEA expanding agent, with the balance being water. According to the invention, alkali metal silicate, wooden sulfonate, diethylenetriamine and saturated lime water are added into the concrete reinforcing agent, so a stable net-shaped structure is formed in the concrete added with the concrete reinforcing agent, the workability of the concrete is effectively improved, the strength of the concrete is improved, and the concrete meets a national harmful substance requirement standard in China. According to the prepared concrete, the uniformity and the stability of the overall structural strength of the concrete are effectively improved under the simultaneous action of the reinforced fibers and the concrete reinforcing agent.
