Cement paste for cementing low-temperature well and preparation method of cement paste
The invention relates to cement paste for cementing a low-temperature well and a preparation method of the cement paste. The preparation method sequentially comprises the following steps: (1) pouring 4.8-12 parts of a fluid loss agent and 2.4 parts of a dispersing agent USZ into 352 parts of deionized water, and uniformly stirring; (2) carrying out dry powder mixing on 800 parts of G-grade oil well cement, 16-24 parts of calcium chloride and 32-40 parts of silica fume; and (3) putting the mixed dry powder into the solution in the step (1), and uniformly stirring to obtain the cement paste for cementing the low-temperature well. The preparation method of the fluid loss agent sequentially comprises the following steps: dissolving 6-8 parts of polyvinyl alcohol PVA1788 in 100 parts of deionized water to prepare a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution; adding 10-13 parts of a cross-linking agent glutaraldehyde, stirring and heating to 50-60 DEG C; adjusting the pH value to 4-5 by using concentrated hydrochloric acid, continuously stirring for 1 hour, and carrying out chemical reaction under an acidic condition; and adjusting the pH value to 7-8 by using a NaOH solution, cooling to room temperature, adding 1-1.5 parts of a formaldehyde solution, and uniformly mixing to obtain the fluid loss agent. The cement paste can adapt to a low-temperature well environment below 60 DEG C, and is short in cement waiting time, rapid in strength development and high in construction safety.
本发明涉及一种低温井固井用水泥浆及其制备方法,依次包括如下步骤:⑴将4.8‑12份降失水剂和2.4份分散剂USZ倒入352份去离子水中搅拌均匀;⑵将800份G级油井水泥、16‑24份氯化钙和32‑40份微硅粉进行干粉混合;⑶将混合干粉放入步骤⑴的溶液中搅拌均匀,得到低温井固井用水泥浆;降失水剂的制备方法依次包括如下步骤:将6‑8份聚乙烯醇PVA1788溶于100份去离子水中配置成聚乙烯醇水溶液;加入10‑13份交联剂戊二醛,搅拌升温至50‑60℃;③以浓盐酸调节pH值至4‑5之间,继续搅拌1小时,在酸性条件下化学反应;④用NaOH溶液调节pH值在7‑8后冷却至室温,再加入1‑1.5份甲醛溶液,混合均匀后得到降失水剂。该水泥浆能够适应60℃以下的低温井环境,侯凝时间短,强度发育快,施工安全性好。
