In addition, cement can enter the recycled aggregate through the expanded pores, the bonding strength between the recycled aggregate and the cement can be remarkably improved after curing and forming, and meanwhile, the impermeability of the recycled aggregate is remarkably improved.
本发明公开了一种扩孔抗渗式再生混凝土的制备方法,属于再生混凝土技术领域,本发明可以通过对再生骨料进行注水获取到渗透路径,然后混合稀酸溶液后沿渗透路径进行腐蚀,从而对内部孔隙进行合理扩孔,扩孔后塞入抗渗微球,并对抗渗微球进行加热和部分溶解,抗渗微球受热后内部触发气体生成动作,从而自身发生适应性膨胀对扩孔后的孔隙进行高度封闭,有效阻止水分的渗透,同时溶解的部分可以延伸出再生骨料与水泥充分结合,另外水泥也可以通过扩孔后的孔隙进入到再生骨料内部,固化成型后可以显著提高再生骨料与水泥之间的结合强度,同时对再生骨料的抗渗性具有明显改善。
