The invention relates to the technical field of thermal insulation materials, and particularly relates to an anti-corrosion thermal insulation material with a multilayer structure. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the anti-corrosion thermal insulation material is prepared from the following raw materials: vinyl ester resin, a modifier, an antioxidant, aluminum powder, perlite powder, fly ash, glass wool, aluminum silicate fibers, an accelerant, a foaming agent and water. The invention further relates to a preparation method of the anti-corrosion thermal insulation material with the multi-layer structure. The preparation method comprises the steps of S1, preparing materials including vinyl ester resin, a modifier, an antioxidant, aluminum powder, crushed crude pearlite, fly ash, glass wool, aluminum silicate fibers, an accelerant, a foaming agent and water according to a ratio; and S2, adding the aluminum powder, the perlite powder and the fly ash into a stirrer to be stirred, and placing the mixture for use after being stirred. In the manufacturing process, a micro bubble structure of a multi-layer structure is formed, and through interaction of various materials, a novel anti-corrosion thermal insulation material which has an isolation effect on radiant heat and is high in fireproof performance is formed.
