Modularized pavement plate pavement structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a modularized pavement plate pavement structure and a construction method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: ramming plain soil at a construction position to form a roadbed layer; paving a gravel layer on the roadbed layer; forming a concrete cushion layer on the gravel layer through pouring; paving a cement mortar bonding layer on the concrete cushion layer; and providing a plurality of paving plates, fully paving the paving plates on the cement mortar bonding layer, and forming a splicing seam between every two adjacent paving plates, so that the construction of the pavement structure is completed. The modular pavement plate is adopted, so that the steps of field worker design, cutting, splicing and the like are avoided, the material loss and reworking phenomena are reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved. When the pavement structure is paved, the cement mortar bonding layer is used for pasting the paving plates, the phenomena of bubbles, hollowing and the like caused in the paving process of the stone plate are reduced in a dry paving manner, and the problems that the surface layer is easy to loosen, peel off or crack and the like are solved.
