The invention provides a pavement damage detection and automatic repair device for road maintenance. A blanking hopper is arranged below an adjacent asphalt tank, the asphalt tank is fixedly mounted on the front surface of a gear disc, through pipes are fixedly mounted on the left and right sides of the bottom end of the blanking hopper, a toothed plate is engaged below the gear disc, a magnet is arranged in the toothed plate, and a corresponding coil is arranged on the opposite face of the magnet. When pits and cracks occur, a bottom rod on the top of a pasting wheel moves in the shell, the resistance value of a variable resistor connected into a circuit is further adjusted, and therefore the current in the coil connected with the variable resistor in series is adjusted so as to guarantee that the magnetic field generated by the coil pushes the magnet and the toothed plate to move outward at the same time. The toothed plate is meshed with the gear disc so as to drive the asphalt tank on the surface of the gear disc to rotate, after the asphalt tank inclines, and asphalt in the asphalt tank is poured into the blanking hopper and then is discharged to a damaged road surface through the through pipe, so that the purpose of automatic damage repairing is achieved, and the repairing effect is improved while the labor amount is reduced.

本发明提供一种公路养护用路面破损检测自动修补装置，相邻所述沥青罐的下方设置有落料斗，且沥青罐固定安装在齿轮盘的前表面，所述落料斗的底端左右两侧固定安装有通管，所述齿轮盘的下方啮合有齿板，所述齿板的内部设置有磁铁，所述磁铁的相对面设置有相对应的线圈，当出现坑槽、裂缝时，贴轮顶部的底杆在壳体内部移动，进一步调节可变电阻连入电路的电阻值，从而调节同可变电阻串联的线圈内的电流，从而保证线圈产生的磁场推动磁铁推动齿板同时向外移动，齿板与齿轮盘啮合后从而带动齿轮盘表面的沥青罐转动，沥青罐倾斜后内部沥青倒入落料斗后，经过通管排出至受损的路面，从而完成破损自动修补的目的，提高修补效果的同时减轻了劳动量。
