The device comprises: an inner opposite-pulling plate, wherein the top of the inner opposite-pulling plate extends to the upper part of an inner template and is provided with a first opposite-pulling hole, and the bottom of the inner opposite-pulling plate is provided with a second opposite-pulling hole corresponding to an inner screw hole; an outer opposite-pulling plate aligning with the inner opposite-pulling plate, wherein the top of the outer opposite-pulling plate extends to the position above an outer template and is provided with a third opposite-pulling hole, and the bottom of the outer opposite-pulling plate is provided with a fourth opposite-pulling hole corresponding to the outer screw hole; an upper opposite-pull screw rod; a lower opposite-pull screw rod; a hanging bracket which comprises a cross rod stretching across the guardrail steel bar binding section, wherein the cross rod is erected above the guardrail steel bar binding section, the first end of the cross rod is connected with a longitudinal rod, an inclined rod is connected between the cross rod and the longitudinal rod, and the second end of the cross rod is detachably connected with a hook; and a hanging lug, wherein the top of the hanging lug is provided with a first through hole, and the bottom is connected with the outer template. The device can effectively replace manpower to stabilize the inner template and the outer template, the whole construction process is convenient and efficient, labor input can be reduced, and the defects that a traditional method is low in construction operation efficiency and large in labor input cost are overcome.
