The slope protection brick supply device comprises a conveying structure, wherein the conveying structure is used for conveying slope protection bricks, the conveying structure comprises a feeding section, a plurality of conveying assemblies and a discharging section which are connected end to end, each of the discharging section and the conveying assemblies comprises a supporting frame, two side plates which are oppositely arranged are connected to the supporting frame in a sliding mode, the side plates are in an arc shape, adjusting assemblies are arranged between the supporting frame and the side plates and comprise first springs, the moving speed of the slope protection bricks can be reduced by the two side plates under the thrust action of the first springs, a connecting frame is connected to the discharging section, a control rod is rotatably connected to the connecting frame, a sliding seat is connected to the control rod in a sliding mode in the axial direction, and a lifting frame which can load the slope protection bricks is connected to the sliding seat.
