The invention relates to an artificial sand beach soft foundation solidification device. The device comprises a buoyancy tank crawler excavator, a trench cutter stirring device, a buoyancy tank type crawler sludge pumping vehicle, a sludge conveying pipe and a plurality of mold bags; the buoyancy tank crawler excavator and the buoyancy tank type crawler sludge pumping vehicle are installed in a combined mode; a water injection pipe is arranged on the buoyancy tank type crawler sludge pumping vehicle, and the water injection pipe faces a hydraulic reclamation medium conveying water source to form a fluid capable of being conveyed through a pipe; a sludge conveying pipe is arranged at the output end of the buoyancy tank type crawler sludge pumping vehicle, and the other end of the sludge conveying pipe is connected to the trench cutter stirring device; a pipeline for conveying a curing agent is arranged on the trench cutter stirring device; and the output end of the trench cutter stirring device is used for grouting towards the mold bag. According to the method and device, the construction is basically not limited by tide water; the influence from surrounding channels is small, and cofferdam and a filler are conveyed through the pipeline; and the overall construction period is short, the influence from the tide water is small, pipeline transportation is adopted, the backfill water content is controllable, the strength of the cofferdam is adjustable, and the beach building speed is high.
